Refunds & Returns Policy

At Jo Crofts Art, I take great care in creating and packaging each artwork. Please read below for my refunds and returns policy.
1. Commissions

Commissioned artworks are personalised and unique, therefore refunds are not available once work has started.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission.

The balance is due before the artwork is shipped or collected.
2. Original Artworks & Prints (Shop Orders)

Refunds are only available if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

In the event of damage, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If the artwork is beyond repair, I will issue a refund or replacement (if available).

Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
3. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the voucher value exceeds the cost of the artwork or commission, the remaining balance is not refundable.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund for a damaged item, the cost of return postage will also be covered.
