Refunds & Returns Policy

At Jo Crofts Art, I take great care in creating and packaging each artwork. Please read below for my refunds and returns policy.


1. Commissions

  • Commissioned artworks are personalised and unique, therefore refunds are not available once work has started.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission.

  • The balance is due before the artwork is shipped or collected.


2. Original Artworks & Prints (Shop Orders)

  • Refunds are only available if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

  • In the event of damage, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If the artwork is beyond repair, I will issue a refund or replacement (if available).

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.


3. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • If the voucher value exceeds the cost of the artwork or commission, the remaining balance is not refundable.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund for a damaged item, the cost of return postage will also be covered.
